Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns?

I accept reurns on all items, should you not be satisfied, apart from any personalised items.

How many days do I have to return the product?

I will accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of product. Should you be returning the item as it's the incorrect size, or we can issue you with a store discount code to purchase other items from the shop instead.

If a package arrived damaged, please include a photo of the box.

Payments

How is personal information stored and transmitted?

Your privacy matters to us. Our shop has SSL, which adds a layer of security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal.

Postage and shipping details

Do you ship only on specific days of the week?

No, I'll ship orders as soon as possible and will aim to get them on the road within 3 days or your order.

What’s your go-to shipping method?

As I only currently deliver to the UK, I deliver via 2nd class Royal Mail postage.

Is the shipping cost included in the price of your products?

Yes, all postage is included in the cost of the product, so no additional payment is required at checkout.

Do you email out tracking information to your customers?

Please let me know at checkout if you require the product to be tracked.
